Easy Beef Taco Recipe | Tex-Mex Tacos with Fresh Salsa

These authentic Tex-Mex beef tacos are quick, flavorful, and customizable. Perfect for weeknight dinners or parties.

Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 8 taco shells

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • Salsa & sour cream for topping

Beef Tacos

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil, sauté onion & garlic. Add beef, cook until browned.

  2. Stir in spices, simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Warm taco shells, fill with beef, lettuce, cheese, and toppings.


Tip: Swap beef for chicken or black beans for a healthier version.
